Bishop II Edge Rounding Router Jig - Print Files

$20.00

This item is for digital .stl files that you can use to print your own Bishop II.

This jig allows you to feed a rough cut deck through a round-over bit to shape the rails of your boards. The new, updated version has a stronger clamp for holding the router, an improved geometry that lets you get into all the curves and transitions of a deck, and allows for tool-less adjustment.

Works with either a 1/4” or 3/16” round-over bit. Recommended for use with a router with a 70mm diameter but it should be able to accommodate designs that are slightly larger or smaller.
